Harvest is carried out between the months of April and September at an altitude of from 1,200 m. to 1,700 m., with an excellent ground and a temperature of 18º - 28º under favourable conditions of rain, haze and shade. Each harvest stage is strictly monitored observing careful manual cultivation, optimum use of fertilizers and selective harvest resulting in the Strictly High Grown. |

Benefit in Humid:
Once the ripe is reaped, it undergoes the process of benefit in humid under strict controls and quality regulations, thereby obtaining a vellum coffee with a humidity of 12%.
Benefit in Dry:
The vellum coffee undergoes a strict process of benefit in dry wich achieves an 81% - 82% yield of a first quality or exportable green coffee beans. |
